Shipping

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our website or the carrier’s tracking service.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at info@chowktea.co.uk. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

To ensure the accuracy of your order, please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you need to make changes after placing an order, contact our customer support as soon as possible for assistance.

Currently, we ONLY ship our collection within the UK.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your tea or any of our products, please contact us: info@chowktea.co.uk.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as necessary.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund your order. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled

Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable. However, they do not expire and can be used at any time toward future purchases.
